Albury web designer Nick Fritzkowski, building websites since 1995
Website Design Albury is a one person web design business serving Albury Wodonga, run by Nick Fritzkowski, who has built websites since 1995. I plan, write and build WordPress websites and look after SEO, Google Ads and maintenance for small businesses on both sides of the Murray.
A one person business, start to finish
Website Design Albury is a one person web design business serving Albury Wodonga, run by me, Nick Fritzkowski. I have built websites since 1995. These days I design WordPress websites in Elementor, set up local SEO and Google Ads campaigns and keep sites updated and secure for small businesses across the Border, the Riverina and North East Victoria.
If you are searching for an Albury web designer, Nick is the name on every quote, every email and every invoice. There is no account manager and no sales team. You talk to the person who actually does the work, which keeps conversations short and decisions quick.
From dial up modems to WordPress and Elementor
My first websites went live in 1995, back when pages were hand coded line by line and most people connected through a noisy dial up modem. I have kept building ever since, through the arrival of search engines, the switch to phones and the move to content management systems like WordPress.
That long view helps in practical ways. I have seen plenty of trends come and go, so I put my effort into the things that have always mattered. Fast pages, clear wording, an obvious way to get in touch and a site that Google can read easily.
It also means very little surprises me. Old sites, broken plugins, lost logins and domains registered to someone who left the business years ago are all things I have sorted out many times before.
Four services, each with prices on the site
Everything below is handled by me personally. Prices include GST and every plan is explained in full on its own page.
WordPress websites built in Elementor. Single page sites are $880, complete multi page sites are $2200 and shops or booking sites start at $3300.
Google Business Profile work, on page fixes and monthly reporting so you show up in Albury and Wodonga searches. Plans start at $279 a month.
Campaigns aimed at the towns and suburbs you actually service, with tracking on calls and forms. Management starts at $198 a month plus ad spend.
Backups, updates and security scans with a monthly report. Plans start at $19 a month and every new site gets its first year free.
Phone, email and video call keep things moving
I work with businesses right across Albury Wodonga and out into towns like Corowa, Holbrook, Beechworth and Wangaratta. All of it runs by phone, email and video call. That suits most small business owners, who would rather talk on a quick call between jobs than drive somewhere for a meeting.
A video call works well for the big moments, like walking through the first draft of your site together on screen. Everyday questions go by email or a phone call, so there is always a written record of what was agreed.
Knowing how people around the Border search matters more than where a designer sits. Customers here flick between Albury and Wodonga without a second thought, so I set sites up to be found on both sides of the river. You can see the full list of areas I work with.
Built by me and never outsourced overseas
Agencies have their place, but a small business rarely needs a team of five to build a ten page website. More people usually means more meetings, more handovers and a bigger bill to cover the overheads.
With me the setup is simple. The person who quotes your job is the person who builds it. Nothing gets passed to a cheaper contractor overseas and nothing gets lost between a salesperson and a developer. If something needs fixing a year later, I already know how your site was put together.
Four steps from first chat to a live website
1
A phone or video call about your business, your customers and what you want the site to do. I follow up with a written quote.
2
You and I agree on the pages and I help shape the words. You send photos, logos and anything else you want included.
3
I build the site and share a private preview link. You check it on your phone and computer and send any changes.
4
The site goes live, Google is told about it and your first year of maintenance starts. You get full login access to edit.
Better to know that before you spend anything
I am happy to say so when a job is not a good match. If you need a large custom software platform, an app for the App Store or a team on call around the clock, a bigger outfit will suit you better.
I also may not be the cheapest option going. If the only goal is the lowest possible price, a do it yourself website builder might fit your budget better for now. I would rather point you somewhere useful than sell you something you do not need.
For most small businesses in Albury Wodonga that want a clear, fast website that brings in enquiries, I am a good fit. If you are not sure, ring me and ask.

Nick Fritzkowski is the web designer who runs Website Design Albury as a one person business serving Albury Wodonga. He has been building websites since 1995 and now builds WordPress websites in Elementor, handles local SEO and Google Ads and looks after WordPress maintenance for small businesses on both sides of the Border.
Website Design Albury is a one person business, not an agency, so Nick does every part of the job himself. He quotes, plans, writes, builds and launches each site and handles the SEO and Google Ads work too. Nothing is passed to subcontractors or sent overseas, which keeps communication simple for Albury and Wodonga clients.
Nick works with Albury Wodonga businesses by phone, email and video call rather than through face to face meetings. A video call lets him share his screen and walk you through drafts and ideas, which works just as well as sitting together. Most clients find it easier to fit a short call into a busy day.
Nick, the Albury web designer behind Website Design Albury, has been building websites since 1995, which is over 30 years. He started with hand coded pages and moved through every major change since, from early search engines to phones and WordPress. That experience shapes how he plans sites for Border businesses today.
Website Design Albury does not outsource any work overseas. Every site is built by Nick personally. That covers the design, the build, the written content help and the SEO setup. Albury and Wodonga clients always deal with the person doing the work, so questions get answered quickly and nothing gets lost in a handover.
Nick mostly works with small businesses across Albury Wodonga, including tradies, health practices, cafes, farms, wineries, cleaners and transport operators. Many come to him after running their business from a Facebook page. You can browse the industries page to see the trades and sectors he writes about in detail.
Businesses in Wodonga can call Nick at Website Design Albury on 0413 651 740 to talk about a new website, SEO or Google Ads. He works with clients on both sides of the Murray, so a Wodonga business gets the same service as one in Albury. The Wodonga page has more detail.
Tell me a little about your business and what you need. I’ll come back to you myself with honest advice and a clear price.
